Here is what the Visit Wales report said, “Cwtsh Hostel is a new purpose built hostel enjoying an excellent central location overlooking Castle Square in Swansea. The owner has clearly researched this market well and the accommodation is well set up to cater for a wide range of users with a mixture of large dorm rooms and private doubles.
All beds are hand made – the built in bunks are generously sized and the pods provide even more privacy. There are bright and modern ensuite facilities for all rooms.
The large kitchen/diner also has a lounge area with leather sofas and a huge projector screen for movie evenings. Branding for the hostel is excellent and great to see a ‘Sense of Place’ introduced through use of the welsh language and local photography.
The 24hr reception ensures high levels of customer service and from customer reviews, it’s clear that the reception staff are a credit to the hostel.”
