Shepherds Crook Bunkhouse, just outside Patterdale is your haven for your 4th night. It’s 8 miles from the Coast to Coast walk at Grasmere. From Grasmere you climb up to the saddle above Grisedale Tarn and descend along Grisedale Valley to Patterdale, a total of 8 miles.
This cosy, comfortable bunkhouse has all linen provided. DIY breakfasts and packed lunches can be provided if pre-booked, while The White Lion Inn in Patterdale provides home-cooked evening meals, if you don’t fancy self-catering. If you prefer there are also B&B rooms in the adjacent farmhouse, Noran Bank Farm. Dogs welcome with prior agreement
