Tucked away in the top left hand corner of Lancashire is Yealand Old School is an ideal stop for Cyclists on LeJog route. Yealand isn’t in the Yorkshire Dales, nor is it in the Lake District but from it you can see both.

Our bike store was stuffed the other weekend with many tandems – you could hardly move! Witherslack Cycle Barn in the south of the Lake District is a perfect place for cyclists to stay. With access to the spectacular climbs of the Lake District as well as being nearby to the coast, the routes you can take are endless. Your hosts will be more than happy to suggest rides that suit you. They have equipment available for repairs should you damage your bike and E-bike hire and charging should your legs not feel great.
