Heart of Glencoe Holidays is centred around an old highland croft in the heart of Glencoe. They offer great value accommodation for groups, families and individuals. It is set in secluded and peaceful woodland midway between Glencoe village and the Clachaig Inn, with immediate access to world-class cycling, walking, climbing and kayaking. The hostel is 20 minutes from Glencoe Ski Centre and the West Highland Way and 40 minutes from the Nevis Range.

The alpine bunkhouse sleeps up to 16 in 3 private rooms and is available for individual bookings or sole use. It is ideal for outdoor activities and school groups. Also available are 3 luxury caravans for 2-4 people, 2 luxury en suite eco cabins for 2 people, one private lodge sleeping up to 7 people in 4 rooms, one private cottage sleeping 5 and a log cabin for 2-3 people.     From A82 south, take right turn for Clachaig Inn, we are 1 mile after pub on left. From north, take left turn for Kinlochleven, then immediate right to Glencoe Village. Drive through the village and continue 1 mile out of village and we're on the right.

    1.5 miles from bus stop in Glencoe Village (crossroads). Citylink buses 914, 915 and 916 from Skye, Fort William, Glasgow. Bus 44 from Fort William and Kinlochleven.

Who could deny that Glencoe truly has it all, stunning mountains, beautiful lochs and a wonderful hostel all within easy reach. A friendly and warm hostel ideal for a good nights sleep after a day underwater.

Carnoch bay is the dive site, just 2 miles from Glencoe Independent Hostel. Suitable for divers for sport, the main attraction of this site is the presence of stickleback rays. Which can be spotted by those with a keen eye. For more info on the Dive you can contact Kraken Diving and for enquiries of accommodation Glencoe hostel would love to hear from you, if you ask nicely they might tell you where Hagrid’s hut was filmed (hint its nearby)
