Easter Availability During Lambing Season

This year’s late Easter holidays fall well with our lambing season at Ilderton Dod Barns. We’re most of the way through lambing our lowland sheep but the sheep surrounding the holiday cottages are due mid-April and you can’t fail to see them during your stay. Our latest guest was so keen to get up to close that she visited our lowland farm to feed some of the pet lambs, then watched as The Dod sheep were gathered in from the hills for their pre-lambing treatments.

Bunkhouse Accessibility Statement

People with mobility issues are allowed to bring vehicles onto the redbrick area around the bunkhouse. Access to the bunkhouse from here is down a sloping, wide, hard-surface path. There is an accessible bathroom on the ground floor and close to this (also on the ground floor) is the Badger bedroom, which has a single bed and two sets of bunks. Kitchen and Lounge are also on the ground floor.
