Jo-Jo owner of the very popular Inverness Student Hotel has launched a petition to force the Government to recognise the unique problems the covid-19 restrictions have placed upon all the Scottish hostels. The hope is enough signatures will persuade them to direct more emergency funding to struggling hostel owners
