Here at our purpose built eco sensitive hostel our rooms have en-suites. just because we’re eco doesn’t mean we have to get rid all luxuries. The most people you’ll have to share with is six, so no endless ques for the bathroom here.

Stay by the sea this summer. Come and stay with us at the Harwich 1912 Centre. Our converted fire station is just a stone throw from beaches at historic Harwich close to restaurants, art galleries, and museums. Our spacious group bunkhouse can accommodate up to 26 guests, with a well-equipped kitchen and accessible shower & toilet facilities on the ground floor. With an upstairs common room with views over the sea. the 1912 Centre is a great location for a last-minute summer break!

Cell B is now providing a self contained unit sleeping 7. The number of beds has been reduced due to Covid and is now ideal for single households or bubbles. Come stay in an historic Edwardian police house close to great food, culture and attractions. For adrenaline junkies Zip World, Go Below, Antur Stiniog & Bounce Below are near by and there are great mountain bike trails at Coed y Brenin, Gwydr Forest, Penmachno and around Trawsfynydd Lake, including some family trails. If you are not an adrenaline junkie there is still plenty to do. Explore Llechwedd Slate Caverns, travel on the famous Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland narrow gauge railway, visit castles and beaches galore and the Portmeirion village or walk the Slate Trail.

Palace Farm Hostel near Faversham in Kent is open.
Our Courtyard rooms with private shower rooms are all available to book. Breakfasts will be provided with each room having a kettle, a compliments tray, and a Croissant or similar for each guest. We will not open the kitchen for the moment. and the lounges will be open only if we are confident that social distancing can always be maintained. Please phone us to talk this over as the guidelines will change from time to time.
Our cleaning schedules will be as thorough as ever, but we will be deep cleaning between guests to ensure your safety.

Blue Room Hostel offers accommodation in a variety of rooms in the centre of town. The Great Western and Tolcarne Beaches are within a 2-minute stroll and the famous surfing beach, Fistral Beach is 30 minutes’ walk away.
