Finding calm in the Lake District: A nature retreat for wellbeing

Earlier this year, a group of participants gathered in the spectacular surroundings of the Lake District for a weekend dedicated to wellbeing, mindfulness and time outdoors. Hosted at Blencathra Field Centre, the retreat offered an opportunity to step away from everyday routines and spend quality time immersed in nature.
