Glenfinnan’s ‘hostel in a train carriage ‘ re-opens soon
Circle 15th March in your diary, the Glenfinnan Sleeping Car is finally back operating as a hostel.
Since the pandemic in 2020, the Sleeping Car had been rented (when lockdowns allowed) as a whole carriage, self-catering property. Gone were the days of walkers dropping in for a one-night stay in a compartment in this quirky hostel.
New operators Ally and Mark are delighted that once again they are able to open as a hostel, taking the Sleeping Car back to its original, hostel roots.
