We have availability over Christmas for you to book The Bunker exclusively. There is so much to do down here over the holidays and The Bunker is the perfect space to relax and enjoy time with your chosen people!
Tucked away, yet easily accessed, The Sleeping Giant Hostel offers great value accommodation to groups large and small wanting to explore the rugged beauty and varied attractions of the Brecon Beacons National Park. Without getting into a vehicle your group will enjoy direct access to great walking, water falls, wild swimming and kayaking in the river Tawe. A short drive will take you to pony trekking and some world class caving.

Fancy the fun of camping without the worry of bad weather? Hudscales Camping Barn, perched at 1000ft with stunning views across northern Lake District, will tick the box.
The Wild Wool Barn in Ennerdale is the perfect place for some serious star gazing. You can dream in the Dark Skies and soak up the stars from the lake-view garden. Away from bright city lights. With some of the darkest skies in Cumbria, and real natural wilderness feel, Ennerdale couldn’t be more Stella!
Dalby Forest Hostel, near Pickering in North Yorkshire, has one ground floor three-bedded accessible room with en-suite accessible bathroom. The bathroom is fitted with grab rails, low sink with lever taps and a wheel-in
shower. Transfer to the toilet is left-handed.
Crowtrees Bunkbarn has an accessible bedroom on the ground floor. The bedroom can be configured as either a double or a twin room. The room has an en suite room wet room.
Blindwell Bunkhouse is great for family holidays in the West Country. Hire the whole bunkhouse for extended families, or get in touch to enquire about booking a private family room (available mid week). Our rooms are ideal for larger families with our 6 bed rooms, and families of four can stay in our 4 bed rooms. Full self-catering is available in our modern dining kitchen. The bunkhouse has underfloor heating and so is comfortable in all seasons. Come and see the wild ponies on Exmoor or visit the North Devon Coast. We are 14 miles from the coast and beaches for days out surfing and paddleboarding. There are Mountain bike trails nearby and many beautiful walks. Or just enjoy the wildlife in our secluded valley where you can spot red deer and buzzards.
Visit this secluded estuary valley in Pembrokeshire to find a village that has the peaceful feel of the past. A 15 minute drive from the beaches of south Pembrokeshire with their sheltered sandy expanses, and the interesting harbor town of Tenby with shops, museums and beaches.
Three miles from Carew Castle, privately owned and open to the public for very economical rates, the Mill and the Castle make a great day out. For a few weeks in summer Carew Castle hosts a medieval village, providing great activities for children and adults for the cost of a few groats.
In the nearby hamlet of Cresswell Key the Cresselly Arms seems to stretch right across the road to reach the tidal Cresswell River, which oscillates between mud flats and still waters. The Cresselly Arms has summer BBQ’s by the waters edge and on one lucky date you will find the Tenby Male Voice Choir singing with the pub to their backs and the river in front.
We have some amazing offers available at the Old School Bunkhouse. School and youth residential activities are provided by Vertical Skills. For most activities they will meet you at the bunkhouse or at their activity centre in Ingleton, where changing rooms and toilets are available. Vertical Skills are fully insured and hold an AALA license. Their instructors are all very experienced and highly qualified holding the relevant NGB certificates, DBS and first aid. Their equipment is all in very good condition and well maintained.
You really can get away from it all in the Lake District. At the Wild Wool Barn in the Western part of the Lake District, just 10 miles from Sca Fell Pike you can enjoy a rare opportunity to have the Lake District to yourself. Sleeping just 8 in one unit plus new 4 bed bunk room and micro campsite to accommodate extra guests. Small groups of mountain lovers can enjoy the rare opportunity of exclusive use and rare views to themselves.
This newly refurbished, purpose-built hostel is fully situated on the ground floor. It features a designated accessible bedroom with an en-suite wet room designed for ease of use. Please note that access from the car park involves a gentle incline and four shallow steps.

Tyn Cornel Hostel is isolated away from traffic and the modern world. Ideal for allowing children to let off steam and enjoy the wildlife. The hostel is located on old drovers road (now grassy track) at the head of the beautiful Doethie Valley.
