October Half Term at the Hostel in the Woods!

Autumn, what a glorious time to be in the woods! Come and spend your half term at Shining Cliff hostel, the off-road hostel in the woods.
Accommodating up to 20 people in 5 bedrooms, you can either hire the whole place to yourselves or book your own private room and shared communal facilities – it depends on who books this wonderful hostel in a magical setting first!
Spend your days exploring the woods, with hundreds of acres to discover and make magical memories.

Shining Cliff hostel is situated in Derbyshire in the East Midlands, so it’s a great venue for people to gather together from all corners of the country, and it has the Peak District National Park and Derwent Valley World Heritage Site on it’s doorstep.
The hostel is located off-road, giving it a unique get-away-from-it-all feeling, it’s magical to step outside the door and simply listen to the birdsong and drink in the stunning autumnal woodland views. As it is off road, it does mean the adventure really starts when you arrive at the private woodland car park or step off the train/bus at Ambergate, as you then need to walk along woodland footpaths to reach the hostel (wheelbarrows are provided for you at the car park, which is half a mile from the hostel and detailed walking directions are provided from the train station to the hostel).
