Pindale Farm: An absolute dream for D of E Groups.

At Pindale Farm we love D of E groups. So much so that we are converting our Powder House into a D of E leaders hut, complete with great WiFi. In addition to our barn accommodation, we have dedicated camping areas for D of E groups away from the public camping grounds, with no vehicles in the field. We provide an indoor area for D of E groups to cook in, in wet weather, and D of E campers get a discount.

Rookhow Bunkbarn, housed in the former stables of the historic 300-year-old Quaker Meeting House, was completely refurbished in 2023/24. This fab hostel now boast a new kitchen, new toilets and showers, double glazed heritage windows, underfloor heating powered by an air source heat pump and some new furniture and fittings. It’s still the same simple friendly vibe- just a bit smartened up, less damp and more sustainable.
