Sustainability was at the forefront when Dophin Dunbar was renovated
When the owners bought the building that was the old Dolphin Inn (hotel and public bar) in Dunbar, it was derelict and on the Buildings At Risk register. Whilst the renovation this proved a considerable undertaking it also presented a unique opportunity to “future proof” the building for the 21st century.
