The perfect place for relaxing after a invigorating day in the great outdoors, Hafren Forest bunkhouse provide self catering accommodation for groups and individuals in a beautiful area of Mid Wales on the edge of the Hafren Forest. The forest takes its name from Afon Hafren (River Severn) whose source is on Pumlumon, Mid Wales’s highest mountain. The bunkhouse is 10 minute drive from Llyn Clywedog, a 615 acre reservoir where you will find Clywedog Trout Fishery and the Llyn Clywedog Sailing & Kayaking Club. The famous Glyndwr’s Way and Sustrans Route 8 pass right past the bunkhouse, and it is a handy over night stop for those cycling the Lon Las Cymru.
