Colehayes Park is a Grade II listed Georgian Manor in twenty acres of sheltered woodland. The estates include a picturesque garden, marshland, streams and a lake, making Colehayes Park the perfect location for school and university groups and large gatherings of family & friends. It is also a fully licenced venue for DIY weddings. There is a well equipped commercial kitchen available for self-catering and fully catered packages are available on request. Set within Dartmoor National Park, the estate enjoys beautiful views over the rolling hills of the Devonshire countryside. The Manor House sleeps up to 70 people in 21 bedrooms and Cork Tree Cottage, sleeping 11, can be used for extra bedrooms or for small groups. Colehayes Manor has a warm, friendly and laid-back atmosphere, with elegant features, open fires and spacious living rooms some with french windows leading out to the gardens. The dining room can seat up to 80 guests and the use of two rooms, or a marquee in the garden, can accommodate up to 150 dinners. There is a bar and a basement games room. There is plenty of space where children can play, a pool table, table football, table tennis and a small outdoor adventure centre in the wood.

From the roundabout by the small fire station in Bovey Tracey, take the first exit on the left. After 1/2 mile turn left at the fork in the road –signposted to Haytor and Widecombe. After about 3/4 of a mile you will see the Edgemoor Country House Hotel on your right. Straight ahead of you on the opposite side of the road you will see the entrance to the private drive for Colehayes Park.
