OverviewClyngwyn Bunkhouse is situated in the Brecon Beacons, in the heart of waterfall country, very near to the caves and waterfalls of Ystradfellte and close to the famous Sgwd Yr Eira waterfalls. The terrain is ideal for mountain biking, gorge walking, canyoning, caving, abseiling, climbing, quad biking, photography and painting. Clyngwyn Bunkhouse is perfect for groups of friends or family. It sleeps up to 19 with camping available to larger groups, three double B&B rooms in the farm house and a romantic shepherd's hut in its own private meadow. There is a fully equipped kitchen, central heating, lounge with TV-DVD, dining room for 20, four acres of land for ball games and a large decked out polytunnel acting as a marquee, lockable storage and drying area. Relax in the evenings and enjoy the mountain views by a fire or BBQ. The villages of Ystradfellte and Pontneddfechan (2½ miles by mini bus taxi) have pubs with restaurants. Directions:From A465 leave at Glenneath, drive through and take signs for Pontneddfechan. Then 2.5 miles up Ystradfellte road, turn right down small track.
Public Transport:Trains Neath or Merthyr (11 miles). Minibus can be arranged.

Clyngwyn Bunkhouse, in the Waterfall Country of the Brecon Beacons, welcomes groups, families and their dogs. There is a friendly laid-back atmosphere about the bunkhouse and its large grounds, to make you to feel at ease. Situated in the heart of waterfall country, very near to the famous caves of Ystradfellte and the closest accommodation to the Sgwd Yr Eira waterfall which you can walk behind. The waterfalls of Clyngwyn are literally on the doorstep, Sgwd Clun Gwyn, the first of the falls on the Afon Mellte, is only 500m from the farm.
