Take a moment to look at Pistyll Rhaeadr Waterfall. What do you imagine?
… the laughter from your children as they feel the light spray on their skin?
…. the freshness and clean air you all breathe in?
…the shrieks of fun as they dip their fingers in and feel the chill of the water?
…their awes of wonder as they watch the water powering down the rocks?
…a sense of calm and relaxation?
Wild Valley Huts is close to Pistyll Rhaeadr, home to Britain’s highest single drop waterfall at 80m tall. It is stunning and a natural masterpiece. There is a pool at the base of the waterfall that many take a dip in.

Spending time near waterfalls is good for us too.
*Waterfalls generate negative ions. They have a positive effect on the air quality and our personal health.
*These ions help us to feel calm, reduce stress, and boost our immune system.
*There’s also evidence negative ions regulate sleep patterns, and they also increase energy and alertness.
*The ions improve air quality by neutralising airborne pollutants, pollen, and dust, which is particularly beneficial for people suffering from allergies or respiratory issues.
