The Teifi Valley flows along the borders of Ceredigion and Carmarthenshire, in the heart of West Wales. It contains some of the most beautiful scenery in Wales, yet is very little known. The river flows from the mysterious Teifi Pools, up in the west of the Cambrian Mountains, down to the sea at Cardigan.
The Long Barn is half way along the valley close to Llandysul. It enjoys the exclusion of the peaceful valley and is in an ideal location for day trips to the many stunning beaches along the West Coast of Wales. It is only 30 minutes drive on a quiet road over the heathy mountains to the Ceredigion Coast. Visit the pretty fishing villages of New Quay and Llangranog and the stunning sandy beach of Mwnt.
