In the northern section, the route takes you up Cader Idris. Take your time to enjoy the views, knowing that after the descent you will have a good night’s rest at Plas Isa. Next the Rhinog Mountains are awaiting, requiring your scrambling skills.

Plas Isa is in the centre of Dolgellau with plenty of shops on our doorstep to replenish your supplies. With regards to accommodation, we have 2 fully self-contained options – you can either book just a room with access to our lounge where you are welcome to bring back your take away’s. If you rather cook your own meals, opt for a room with access to our equipped kitchen. Whichever option you prefer, you will have your own designated bathroom and a super comfy bed.
