Put a visit to the UK’s highest hostel, Skiddaw House, on your list of things to do this year. In July we’ll be celebrating the 30th year since this former grouse-shooting lodge opened as a hostel for the first time. Keep an eye on our on our website for upcoming special events, including acoustic gigs, a murder mystery weekend and a singing workshop. Join us for the 30th birthday celebration on Saturday 1st July, with a led walk from Threlkeld to the hostel. Look out for upcoming events here.
