Planning a trip for your Scout group? Ardentinny Outdoor Centre could be a good option for you to have a look at.
We’re a charity-run centre in the village of Ardentinny, right on Loch Long in Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park. We can accommodate up to 80 people aged 8+, so we’re set up for larger groups and youth organisations. We also offer special prices for Scout groups, so if you’re planning a trip, get in touch and we can give you some more information!
There’s plenty to do in the area, with the loch, beaches, woodland and hills all nearby. It’s a great place for getting outside, exploring and making the most of a few days away as a group. We also have a team of instructors who can arrange activities for your group, including climbing, abseiling, gorge walking, paddle sports and team initiatives. We can also help groups working towards the John Muir Award.
Stays are full-board, with three meals a day plus a light supper, and we can cater for dietary requirements with some notice. We also have drying rooms, boot rooms, equipment storage, meeting rooms and communal spaces for group activities and evenings.
Leaders have their own private en-suite rooms, and there’s a staff lounge with tea and coffee for when you get a bit of downtime.
