Easy walks from the door beside the River Tweed or explore the hills and forests in this stunning landscape. We can arrange a turkey order if required. We have 3 ovens so you can cook easily in two well-stocked kitchens. We have flat entry for the less agile who can stay on the ground floor. Forget something? Need some tonic water or an extra Prosecco? It’s a minute to the shops.

We have an internal bike store and are a short pedal from the trails.
Explore from the front door there is no need to use a car, we have a huge selection of walks for you to choose from, this is a destination to savour at any time of year.
The town is proud of its Christmas lights which are always pretty impressive for a small town, but if you do want to explore the festive lights in Edinburgh it’s only a short drive away.
