Caldbeck Glamping Barns offer a variety of small self-contained units right next to the Cumbria Way and close to many other routes.
Geared up for walkers, all bedding and towels are provided and there’s a fully equipped self-catering kitchen. There’s a shop in the village for your provisions and there’s a pub over the road which serves great food. As well as giving you immediate access to the Cumbria Way, the John Peel Trail also runs past the doorstep. The Lake District Boundary Walk, and the Tops of The North are both within 1km. The Old Crown Round and Wainwrights Remote Lakeland and Back O’Skiddaw are within 2km. Many more routes are within 5km. If you walk with your dog he/she is welcome too.
