The property can sleep up to 32 people, but the base price for exclusive use covers a group of up to 20 people. and you play an extra fee for each additional person per night upto the maximum group size of 32. You have the option of confirming the final numbers right up the day of check in. —– This means that if there were going to be more than 20 people in your group and some of your group have to enter self isolation just before the start of your stay you will not have to pay for their stay. – If the numbers drop below 20 it only adds an extra £1 per person per night to the price to the bill to cover for each person who has to cancel at the last minute. Many group organisers can cover for reduced numbers by adjusting the food and drink budgets for their stay.
