Upgrades taking place. Re-opening set for spring 2018.
Earby Hostel was founded by Katherine Bruce Glassier and donated to the Youth Hostel Association. In June 2017 the transfer of the ownership of Earby Hostel from the YHA to Earby Town Council took place. Since then upgrades have been carried out in the building and the hostel will reopening as a Independent Hostel and Friends of Nature House in 2018. The date for the reopening has not been set yet, but we will let you know as soon as it is.
