Dogs on the Gower Peninsula

Hardingsdown Bunkhouse located on the idyllic Gower peninsula. A perfect place to view ancient monuments, walk on sandy beaches or bark at sheep.

Hardingsdown Bunkhouse and The Chaffhouse both welcome dogs at no extra cost. All we ask are that there are no more than three dogs in each property, that dogs are not left unattended in the properties unless housed a dog crate, that they are kept downstairs and off the furniture.

Access to some spectacular dog walks could not be easier as directly from the properties there is a network of footpaths on Hardingsdown Hill and neighbouring Llanmadoc Hill with amazing views of Gower.
Llangennith beach which is 3 miles long and our nearest beach is dog friendly at all times of the year and is a 5 minute drive away. The local pubs, The Kings head at Llangennith and The Brittania Inn in Llanmadoc are both dog friendly as are the cafe and craft shop at Cwm Ivy, Llanmadoc and Eddy’s cafe at the beach at Llangennith.
