Wye Valley Bunkhouse

October 31st 2023

A 5 star luxury bunkhouse on the banks for the River Wye in Glasbury-on-Wye. Lovingly converted from a grade 2 listed Welsh Chapel Wye Valley Bunkhouse combines chic design and luxury with quirkiness. What’s more with Wye Valley Canoes next door you can hire canoes and book a lift back after your adventure on the river.

With its over-sized sofas, sharp lines, exposed iron work, simple yet striking colours and ultra modern details, this bunkhouse oozes style.  Even the bunks are designed and built with a charming flair. But…wait for it…what’s that? A shiny, chrome coloured slide? Indoors? So adults and children alike can access the lower floors? Oooooh!

As well as canoeing, there’s fantastic walking all around.  The Brecon Beacons National Park, the Black Mountains and waterfalls of the Elan Valley are a short drive away. The Lon Las Cymru cycle route passes through Glasbury and Offas Dyche walk goes through nearby Hay-on-Wye
