They also provide trip guidance notes and risk assessments for teachers, compatible with Evolve.

White Peris Lodge is just down the road from Vivian Quarry, home to Vivian Dive Centre. White Peris Lodge is part of Blue Peris Mountain Centre and has lots storage, drying rooms and an outdoor area. The lodge sleeps 13 people and can be hired for sole use by Dive clubs. It has a self catering kitchen, large communal area with tables, comfy chairs, full central heating and lovely hot showers.

Vivian quarry is an old slate mine (less then 20 metre deep) there’s a whole world to explore down there however. Due to there being very little silt the quarry has great visibility all year round, which is great news as you won’t want to miss out on the incredible features found in this quarry. Namely a submarine and underwater tracks left when the mine was abandoned. It is also an opportunity to see the submerged iconic slate houses that Snowdonia is known for.
