Unique bunkhouse on the Wales Coast Path
Clare wrote in August 2019: "This is a truly magical find, can't recommend it highly enough and still counting our lucky stars we managed to book a few nights at short notice. Perfectly positioned for a 30 second stroll to the Cwmtydu beach and it's resident seals, or for the coast path to New Quay or south towards a brilliant beach (and breakfast) at Llangrannog, it's also perfectly placed to just loll about in the hammock or cook up a storm in the seriously well equipped kitchen. We could not have found a better space to suit our needs nor a more idyllic location, I'm just loathed to tell anyone else how brilliant the place is, we'll never get in again!"
Ty Cwch is an amazing place to stay. A wonderful space designed for you to use as creatively and flexibly as you wish. It's comfortable and furnished with everything you need in a completely unique accommodation.
The shared living space works well for adults and children. There's plenty of room for everyone. The beds are comfy, the showers are good and the kitchen really well-equipped.
The Coast Path is literally on your doorstep with great walks and views in both directions. Swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking are a few of the activities possible off the beach, and Cwmtydu is only a stones throw from many towns and places of interest.
There's a discount for the length of your stay, with 5% off for 3 nights and rising to 25% off if you stay for seven nights or more. Please ring to claim these discounts.
It's possible to book by the cabin, or you can book the whole building . You might find that you're sharing the ground floor spaces with other people but outside the main seasons the space may well be all yours!

The Boathouse provides contemporary, bunkhouse-style accommodation for 12 people. On the first floor there are three cosy sleeping pods, each sleeping 4 in bunks plus 2 WC/showers. Long-Distance Walks

Ty Cwch sits right on the Wales Coast Path, between Llangrannog and New Quay.
Walk south and you’ll reach Llangrannog in a few hours, with a beach and pubs at the other end; north takes you along the cliffs to New Quay, where boat trips go out to see the dolphins. The Cardi Bach bus runs this stretch in season, so you can walk one way and ride back. Book a pod on your own, or the whole boathouse with our small-group discount if you’re walking as part of a bigger group — makes the logistics a lot easier.
Family Holidays

Three pods, four bunks each, sleeping up to 12 — good for extended family or a few families travelling together.
Kids can walk straight down to Cwmtydu beach, which has a shallow river pool as well as open sea, and seals are often about in the bay. Coast path walks run both ways from the door, short enough for younger legs if you don’t go far. Book by the pod if it’s just one family, or the whole place with our small-group discount if you’re coordinating with others — and numbers can flex later if more people want to come.
