Built from recycled and local material, it offers energy efficient, low carbon holiday accommodation with low water use and low waste.

The Boathouse provides contemporary, bunkhouse-style accommodation for 12 people. On the first floor there are three cosy sleeping pods, each sleeping 4 in bunks plus 2 wc/showers. On the ground floor the kitchen, sitting and cleaning pods open on to the covered deck with the main sitting and dining area.
