We’re located right on Loch Ness (30 seconds to the beach), surrounded by nature, but still well connected, with buses to Inverness, the Isle of Skye and Fort William stopping right outside.
Wanna cook, eat and drink? We’ve got you covered with our affordable £4 continental breakfast, a fully equipped kitchen, cold local beers, wine, snacks and frozen meals.

Visiting Loch Ness can be an unforgettable experience, but to truly get the most out of your trip, there are three simple steps that you should follow.
The first step to getting the most out of Loch Ness is to stay at the Lochside Hostel. This hostel is located right on the edge of the water, making it the closest accommodation to the Loch. There is a private beach where you can relax and enjoy the views, and binoculars are available for you to search for Nessie. The hostel also offers a range of activities, including kayaking and canoeing, which is a great way to explore the Loch up close.
