Taddington Camping Barn is on a quiet lane in the village of Taddington, between the market towns of Buxton and Bakewell. Surrounded by limestone hills and dales, there are excellent walks and fine views in all directions. The Barn has easy access to the High Peak, Tissington Train and the Monsal trail. These cycle trails make it the perfect location for cycling holidays or activity breaks. Its an ideal base for school groups and team building events. Chatsworth and Haddon Hall are a short distance away. Just 50 metres from the barn is the Queens Arms, a local pub that serves meals. Taddington Camping Barn has tables and benches and cooking area with a fridge and sink. Bring your own camping stove, and eating utensils. There are 2 toilets with washbasin and a hot shower. In the separate sleeping area there are sleeping platforms for 10, bring your own mat and sleeping bag. The barn has a shower, two heaters, a fridge and an electric socket. These services are metered, so bring Â£1 coins. Electric lighting is free. Outdoor there is a private seating and barbeque area with car parking.
