The Rafters is a luxury small hostel in the bustling village of Braunton just off the North Devon Coast. As the name implies, it's on the 2nd floor of a magnificent Georgian house which is now a luxury guest house know as The Brookfield.

The Rafters sleeps 6 people in 2 twin rooms and one double. You can book a bed in one of the twin rooms, a room or the whole place. Tastefully decorated and beautifully clean, with an eye to your comfort, facilities include a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchen diner with space for everyone and a fab shower room.

The entrance is shared with the guest house below, as is the drying room and the secure bike storage. There is allocated private parking for one car.

Situated directly on the South West Coast Path, the Tarka Trail and Devon Coast to Coast cycle route (NCN 27), the accommodation is perfect for walkers and cyclists.

With the needs of walkers and cyclists in mind, the beds are fully made up and towels are provided. For your meals and pack lunches, there are cafes, sandwich shops, pubs serving evening meals and a Tesco's within walking distance.

Please note this is not a party hostel, hostel guests are asked to respect the other guests in the building.
