The lodge features a spacious dining room with comfortable sofas, perfect for relaxing and socialising while enjoying views of the surrounding hills.
The Brae Lounge is a stunning oak panelled lounge overlooking Loch Tay, seating with four sofas, and additional seating, with its own projector and screen for movies, presentations or sport.
The fully equipped self catering kitchen has everything needed for group catering, including commerical ovens and dishwasher.
There are 12 welcoming bedrooms sleeping up to 36 guests, with a mix of twin, double, single and family rooms. All beds have duvets and pillows, and guests may bring their own bed linen or hire it for an additional charge. Bathrooms include a combination of cubicle showers, individual bathrooms, and one ensuite.
There is plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors with extensive gardens, a barbecue area, bonfire spot, football pitch, sports hall, and a games room. The indoor sports hall includes football and basketball courts, badminton equipment, uni-hockey, and table tennis—perfect for friendly competitions and group activities.
A short walk down the lane leads to your private beach on Loch Tay, ideal for wild swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking, fishing, or simply enjoying a barbecue by the water.
Located near the charming villages of Killin and Kenmore and the historic town of Aberfeldy, the lodge is also a great base for exploring Perthshire, including the Falls of Dochart and the beautiful Glen Lyon.
