OverviewLocated in the heart of a beautiful market town, Ludlow Mascall Centre is within walking distance of restaurants, markets, shops, pubs, museum, castle and church. The Shropshire Hills and Mortimer Forest are close by, with miles of beautiful countryside and stunning landscapes to explore. Built in 1857 as a national school, our beautiful Victorian building has been extended to provide residential accommodation with twin rooms, a family room, and a room which has been designed for those with limited mobility, rated four stars (group accommodation) by Visit England in 2021. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms and come with fresh towels and bedlinen, complimentary toiletries, tea- and coffee-making facilities, parking, and Wi-Fi. Residents also have access to a lounge, kitchenette, and courtyard garden. Cyclists are welcome to make use of our secure bicycle store. Breakfasts are available for an extra charge. Our six function rooms—three of which are licensed for weddings—are perfect for group gatherings such as celebrations, reunions and conferences. Directions:From the A49 Take Sheet Road into Ludlow. (If you are TRAVELLING SOUTH, this will be the third exit, from the second roundabout. If you are TRAVELLING NORTH, this will be the first exit from the first roundabout.) Stay on this road, which becomes Lower Galdeford, for 0.8 mile. The Centre will be on your left, just past the police station. From the A4117 At the A49 roundabout, take the first exit onto the A49 South. At the next roundabout (signposted for Ludlow Business Park), take the third exit onto Sheet Road. Stay on this road, which becomes Lower Galdeford, for 0.8 mile. The Mascall Centre will be on your left.

In adittion we have a lockable equipment store to store your bikes!
We also have meeting rooms on site and can host retreats, conferences, creative breaks, and workshops. Three of our rooms are licensed for weddings and the Centre can be booked for exclusive use.

Ludlow Mascall Centre could be just what you’re looking for. Built in 1857 and modernised to a high standard, in historic Ludlow this might be considered one of the newer buildings! Ludlow Mascall Centre is handily placed for all of that and has fabulous facilities.
