Kailzie BIG Lodge offers state-of-the-art bunkhouse accommodation for groups of 10 of more. Newly refurbished, everything oozes quality and style and has been designed for the discerning outdoor enthusiast.

The Lodge is in the very heart of the Tweed Valley, just outside the vibrant town of Peebles. Within easy access of Edinburgh & Glasgow, it's perfect for an adventurous escape. The Lodge sits in a beautifully secluded spot along a private road within the grounds of the famous Kailzie Gardens.

Purpose-built, the Lodge has a large ultra-modern fully equipped kitchen with hobs, ovens, microwaves and fridges. Meals can also be pre-ordered from the Courtyard Café and delivered directly to the lodge.

There are two bright modern lounges with internet-enabled TVs and two dining areas.

It sleeps 27 across 6 delightful rooms, each with a dedicated private bathroom, some en-suite. The comfortable beds (there's a choice of singles or bunks) have superior bedding with duvets. Fluffy towels are provided.

Your group gets sole use of the whole place.

While recognised as a top stay for cyclists, with world-renowned mountain bike areas of Glentress and Innerleithen close by, Kailzie Big Lodge is also a firm favourite with outdoor groups, clubs, retreats, schools, universities and extended family and friends get-togethers.

Outside there's a patio with seating with stunning views and plenty of private, secure parking.

For cyclists, there are 4 dedicated fully equipped bike washing stations, a maintenance area including stands and e-bike charging facilities in the digitally locked secure CCTV monitored bike store.
