A 5 minutes' walk from the pretty fishing port of Gorey in St Martin (restaurants, bars and a regular bus to St Helier), the JAAC has a wide range of rooms including private en-suites and dorms with shared showers.

Facilities include large restaurant, a large lounge, games room, laundry, outside bicycle locking area and extensive outside space. Ball and board games are available as well as a TV and DVD player.

Ideal for families and large groups who can often be in the same area of the hostel. Single sex dorms available.

Continental breakfast included. Full English, packed lunches and a 2 course evening meals can be booked.

Camping with running water and a shower and toilet block available.

On-site activities include SPLAT low velocity paintball, archery, bush craft. Off-site: a wide range of outdoor pursuits or Escape from a Castle by completing a range of physical and problem solving tasks. Bed, catering, transport & activity packages available.

Walkers and cyclists welcome.

March-Oct. Reception 9am- 4pm or 8pm depending on the season.
Price per night:
B&B: £41pp (dorm), £43 (single en suite) £43 (twin/double en-suite, £10 single supplement). Youth groups of 20+ staying 2+ nights £38pp (plus 5% local tax).
Booking:
First night deposit required. Full payment due 14 days prior to arrival.
Directions:
Follow directions to The East and then Gorey. From Gorey Pier continue up the hill past the church take the next right, JAAC is 200m on your right. Please contact the office for more detailed directions.
Public Transport :
No1 bus from Liberty Station, St Helier to Gorey Pier (8 min uphill walk to JAAC) or No13 bus to Ransoms Garden centre, (5 min walk to hostel).

The island is stunning, and on a nice day, there’s no better way to see the coastline than on the water. There are many ways to go about it, boat trip or kayak for example.

If you’re not of a watery persuasion keep yourself dry and see Jersey with your feet planted firmly on terra Firma. Why not go see the nearby castle in Gorey (sometimes known as Mont Orgueil Castle)? Animal lovers may fancy a visit to Jersy Zoo. There is so much to do on the island.
