20 well appointed en suite bedrooms, (no bunks) cover three floors. Most can be either double or twin rooms, plus there are 3 larger family rooms. The ground floor has plenty of communal areas; lounges, dining room, conservatory, games room (with pool table, PS4 & Xbox), meeting room, study centre and a well equipped kitchen plus free WiFi, TV with Sky, Netflix and other streaming services. While outside there is a delightful walled garden and parking for 20 cars.
Garden House is perfect for friends & family gatherings, schools, university groups, clubs, corporate team building or training as well as for couples, families and smaller groups looking for a mid week break in this delightful part of the county. Rutland Water & Tattershall Farm Park are both just a 30 min drive away and have circular running and cycle routes. Burghley House surrounded by many acres of parkland is a short walk away. It is a great place to spend the day and perfect for walking your dog.
Garden house is dog friendly, as are the two other smaller cottages which can be booked separately or combined with Garden House for larger groups.
Catering and team activities can be provided for sole use bookings.
