Immerse yourself in the wonder of the Lakes at Denton House. Nestled in the picture perfect Keswick you’ll be spoiled for choice, good walks and good pubs are abundant. With plenty to do in-between.
Of course if walking is your forte all you have to do is pick a direction. Expect stunning views (and a good few hills). The calm atmosphere of the Lake District is hard to match, ambling around it’s easy to let troubles melt away. A well deserved break after a difficult year, bring your bike and set out for the trails. Or bring your canoe and set out for a decidedly more adventurous trip. The hostel is well equipped for whatever you plan on getting up to and allows dogs by arrangement.

We have re-opened our hostel with private bunk rooms only (maximum of 2 households) and changes to our pricing for summer 2020. We have been working extremely hard to adapt and prepare the hostel to offer a safe and secure environment. We kindly ask you to book before arrival. New office hours 9am–5pm, 7 days a week. Looking forward to seeing you all soon, almost as much as we hope you’re looking forward to soaking up the wonderful Lake District
