Braich Goch Bunkhouse in southern Snowdonia

Braich Goch is a 16th-century coaching inn situated 3 miles from Cadair Idris on the edge of the charming village of Corris. Surrounded by the beauty and attractions of the southern part of Snowdon National Park you will have plenty to do. The location is ideal for walking, mountain biking, cycling, climbing and canoeing at all levels as well as bird watching or simply chilling out. The Climachx Mountain Bike Trail and The Dyfi Bike Park are on the doorstep and all around are stunning views of the Dulas Valley and Dyfi Forest.

Braich Goch Bunkhouse and Inn are run on a not-for-profit basis by the Ann Matthews Trust. The prices are calculated to cover the costs with any surplus going towards sanctuary experiences for people of refugee and migrant backgrounds.

The bunkhouse has 24 beds across 6 rooms, including one double room. Most rooms are en suite (besides one which makes up for it with an incredible view out across the valley!). Bedding is provided. BYO towels. Facilities include a well-equipped, 5-star hygiene-rated, commercial kitchen, a large dining room with 21 seats and a cosy living room with a wood-burning stove. There is also a workshop/event space (capacity 70 seated / 150 standing) with an optional fully licensed bar. This can be hired together with the bunkhouse if required.
