What better an excuse do you need to plan an extra special Easter for your family or friends? Wouldn’t they love to stay at the foot of Skiddaw Mountain (the 6th highest in England) just north of Keswick in the Lake District. The newly refurbished accommodation is always very popular with walkers, cyclists, canoeists and climbers, in fact their opinions and suggestions were sought when the refurbishment was planned. As the name implies this is not a purpose built hostel, so although the kitchen and bathroom facilities are great you do need to bring your own sleeping mats and bedding. The very reasonable prices reflect this fact and the extra 10% discount is a bonus. So if you fancy doing something a little different this Easter, Bassenthwaite Parish Room may well be the place for you. But don’t delay!
Nestled in the shelter of England’s fourth highest mountains Bassenthwaite Parish Room is waiting for you.
