Abernethy Bunkhouse, Station Road, Nethy Bridge, PH25 3DN
Call Patricia or Richard on 01479 821370
OverviewSharing a car park with the Speyside Way and just yards from the river, the converted Nethy Station offers all that a group of 12-26 could expect from a bunkhouse and you only pay for a maximum of 20 beds. It is well equipped, fully central heated and has two public areas. Most rooms have triple bunks and there is a 2 bunk room with unusual access: we call it Narnia, as you get there through a wardrobe! There is also 'The Shed'. Whether you self-cater or we cook for you as a group, you will have access to the kitchen at all times. We never ask people to share the building so you may sleep, walk, ski, board, hike, ride, fish, etc. at your own convenience. The bunkhouse is only 200 yards from the centre of Nethy Bridge with its shop, butcher, pub and interpretive centre and half way between two winter sports areas. Dogs are welcome but please do not let them sleep on the beds! This accommodation is featured on our map of the Cairngorms and Moray and here is its own website.
