20 hours a week.   The Warden will manage an Asst Warden and cleaning staff, and report to and be supported by the Trustees and Management Committee.    The Warden is responsible for bookings, compliance, maintenance, marketing etc.    The Warden is the “face” of the Youth Centre, and needs to be a “people person”.

This is not a “live-in” post and the Warden does not need to be ordained, but does need to be in sympathy with / actively promote the role of the Youth Centre in the Diocesan Strategy.
