I’m looking to buy a hostel or bnb which can be converted quite easily in Scotland, Snowdonia, Wales or the Lake District. Ideally we would prefer Scotland, but we are very flexible about location. Our hostel in Windermere , Cumbria is currently on the market for £399500.00

One of the advantages of our hostel is that it requires very little input from the owners , unless they wish to be involved more. I would say that an hour day dealing with bookings and admin is an average.

Current turnover is around £55K with profits upwards of £30K
