      Our fully refurbished/fully furnished detached building is available for lease at GBP5500 as a hostel. It has 22 bedrooms, 3 lounges. A 200 feet garden and parking for 10 cars.

      It is based in Clacton on sea and it is 5 minutes walk from the beach front and 10 minutes walk from the train station.
