      Forest View Inn is for sale as a going concern. It is an established stop on the Pennine way and already has £28,000 worth of forward bookings for 2019. Most of these have paid a deposit all of whom are Pennine way walkers. The Inn is on the market for £290 for the building with 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms sleeps up to 15.
