Ability to prepare and serve home-made soups and savouries, as well as sweets and drinks. To manage the Kitchen department with planning, ordering, storage and records. Fairly Simple and Healthy menu.
5-Day or more, operation, including weekends right through season. S/E Basic Pay plus Commission over target. Accommodation may be rented on a house-share basis. Closed January.
