[South Downs Eco Lodge]

We are seeking an experienced and capable person to lead our busy accommodation team and host our events.

We have a 38 bed eco hostel and campsite with yurts and tipis. These provide overnight accommodation for school groups; tourists exploring the South Downs National Park; people taking courses here; corporate and private hires. You will need to have appropriate
experience in the hospitality industry, enthusiasm and commitment to sustainability and a willingness to turn your hand to almost anything. Some evening and weekend work is expected.

We are an independent education and learning centre, a beacon for sustainability and an award-winning social enterprise.
With over 3,000 pupil visits via our schools programme and over 7,800 people visiting and staying with us last year, we are a busy and vibrant place.

We have a small team of paid staff and volunteers who manage our land, our charity and businesses as working examples of sustainability in action. We aim to inspire and enable others to do the same.
