About Seahouses Hostel

Originally a girls’ school and the farm outbuildings of a former vicarage, Seahouses Hostel was converted to a hostel in 1989. 2017 saw an extensive renovation and new build enabling guests to enjoy a spacious, bright, comfortable and relaxing stay with exclusive use of our facilities.
Standing beside St Paul’s Church at the edge of the village, we are a charity run by a Christian Foundation within the Diocese of Newcastle and very much welcome guests from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and faiths and those with interests in a variety of leisure activities and pursuits; we also welcome families and the independent traveller.
