Looking for somewhere a bit different for your next Scout trip? Ardentinny Outdoor Centre sits right on the shores of Loch Long, surrounded by woodland, hills and beaches, with plenty to keep a group busy outdoors.
There’s a beach directly in front of the Centre, making it a great base for paddle sports, wild swimming and exploring the loch. There are also forest trails and hill walks right from the area, with plenty of opportunities for a proper day out.
The Centre sleeps up to 90 people in small dorms and twin or single rooms, making it well suited to larger Scout groups and leaders. There’s a large communal dining room and kitchen, meeting rooms, play areas including a pool table, equipment storage and two drying rooms, handy after a day of Scottish weather and wet activities!
The Centre also has experienced instructors who can lead activities for your group, giving you the chance to try something new without having to organise everything yourselves. Whether it’s getting out on the water, trying a new outdoor activity or simply making the most of the amazing setting, the instructors can help make your stay a memorable one.
